Dear Shelagh and family. Joan and I were so saddened to hear that Tom has passed away. We have so many fond memories living next door to one another for so many years before our move to Windsor. Tom was a true gentleman from his beloved Prince Edward Island. The world will be a much sadder place without him. Please know that you and the family will be in our prayers.

Dear Aunt Shelagh, Jamie, Steven, Len and Tim, & familiy's,
I'm sorry to hear that Uncle Tom has passed. He had the wonderful gift of making you feel like no time at all had passed since he last visited with you whenever we did visit. The photo posted captures the gentle elegant man I knew whose smile hadn't faded.

Dear Shelagh and Family:

I am going to miss Tom's funeral next weekend due to work commitments. So I hope that this bouquet of flowers will express my sympathy over the loss of one of the Pendergast family's greatest people. My memories of Tom are vivid, especially during my "grueling" tree planting expedition to North Bay in 1992.

Dear Shelagh and family,
Heartfelt sympathy to learn of Tom's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of Sunday dinners in your home. Tom was a true gentleman and he always had time to listen to a story, showing interest in his guests. He was a proud family man who loved his wife and was proud beyond words of his boys. I pray you find comfort in your countless memories. Smiled to learn he played one last bridge game.

Our condolences to the Pendergast family. Tom was a gentleman and a gentle man. He was always so personal and friendly. If I may, I would like to pass on the condolences to one, who was so proud of Prince Edward Island, from all of us who enjoyed playing hockey with Tom.

We are sad to hear of your sudden loss. We will keep you in our prayers tomorrow. A verse which may offer you much comfort from the Bible is Isaiah 26:19. Just as you remember him as a father, husband, brother and more, our Loving Father remembers him well.
