Carnevale, Charles (Charlie) 1953-2018 - Carnevale, Charles (Charlie) Brian 1953-2018 - It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Charlie at the West Nipissing General Hospital on Friday May 11th, 2018 at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents Philip and Blanche Carnevale along with his siblings Fred, Mary, Margaret, George, John, Lena, Philip Jr., Rita, Delia and Tony. Loving spouse of Colette Larocque. Cherished step-father to Carole Wolfe (Rodney) of Lavigne, Raymond Larocque (Zlatka) Sturgeon Falls, and Mark Larocque of Ottawa. He will be fondly remembered by his grand-children Nick (Maggie), Chris, Brodey, Alexis, Jessica (Joel), Crystal, Micaela, Stephanie, Tyler, Sofia, and great grandchild Michael. He will also be missed by Baby Blue. Charlie is survived by two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
He was proud to have worked for 5-0 Cab for over two decades and loved knowing his customers were safe with him behind the wheel. The family will be receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd, on Wednesday May 16th from 1 pm until 3 pm, with a celebration of life to follow.
A special thank you to Dr. Sucini, Dr. Lavoie, and the nursing staff of the West Nipissing General Hospital for the exceptional care given to Charlie during his final weeks. Donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
