Karl Kilpper Obituary

Kilpper, Karl Thomas – at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on November 12, 2018 after a valiant stand to cancer, Karl’s spirit soared from this Earth to embrace those of our dear pugs Emma & Francesca awaiting him at the Rainbow Bridge. He was 66 years old.

Loved husband and life partner of Karen and cherished son of Karl Sr. Predeceased by his mother Hildegard. He will also be missed by Aunts Erika, Elizabeth, Wilma and their families, friend Keith and “little brother” Allan. Karl was the owner of Northern Brick & Tile until his retirement in 2011 and was happiest when working on projects with dear friend and champion, Mike.

We thank all of the healthcare professionals who cared for Karl: Dr. Bowen, Dr. Cano, Dr. Goldfarb, Dr. Wendy Graham and for their care and compassion helping Karl to walk his final path, Dr. Gauthier, Dr. Riley and Dr. Truong. We thank the incredible nurses and support staff on B3 – angels, every one.

As per Karl’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements entrusted to HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES. If desired donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre or the Northeast Cancer Centre/Health Sciences North would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
