Duquette, Margaret Mary (nee Dodd) 1926-2019 - Margaret passed away peacefully with family at her side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday June 19th, 2019 at the age of 93 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Hector Duquette. Loving mother of Peter (Lenore), Ken (Lynne) and Cathy Edmondson (Dwight). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher Duquette (Melanie Long), Sarah Duquette (Jay Raymond), Sean Duquette (Catherine Nicholls) and Matthew Duquette (Lori), Maegan Duquette Slade (Eben), Marcus Duquette and Ian Edmondson, Eric Edmondson (Hilary Doner) and her 7 great grandchildren Jaxson Raymond, Madison Barnes, Ethan and Kian Duquette, Emrick Slade, Emma and Nora Edmondson.
Also survived by her sister Barbara McColman (Reg - deceased), predeceased by her parents James & Mary and by her sisters Hilda Gauthier and Evelyn Eaton.
Visitation will be held at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd, on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 10:00 am., service following at 11:30 am.
Marg’s family would like to extend their appreciation and thankfulness for the wonderful care she received from the staff at the NBRHC, especially, Dr. O’Grady, Paula, Roxy, Ben and Kate.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret’s memory can be made to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice in North Bay.
