BERUBE Michael (Mike) Harvey Joseph

After a sudden brief illness we announce the peaceful passing of Mike at the age of 59.  He leaves behind his mother Lucille Cornett (Jack deceased), children Jessica Berube (Stephane Rousselle) and Micky Berube, grandchildren Noah, Asher and Everly Rousselle. 

Mike will be missed by his siblings Michel Claveau (Anne) Calgary, Ginette Masse (Mario Leclerc) St Jerome, Andre Berube of Regina, Lorraine Jackson (Alex) North Bay and many nieces, nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

He was predeceased by his father Jacques Berube and his brothers Ronald and Joseph. 

Mike was an accomplished guitar player, loved fishing, spent numerous hours biking the paths of North Bay and was happiest in the seclusion and privacy of his own space.  Mike’s kind spirit will be missed by his outside feathered friends and chipmunks. 

Special thanks to the Paramedics, Emergency Staff, Hospital Chaplain, Dr. Sharifi and the incredible CCU Staff Erika and Shane. We are so grateful to everyone for making this very difficult time more manageable.

Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd., on Tuesday October 30th , from 10 am until 12 noon.

A celebration of Michael’s life will follow at 12 noon, at Hillside.
