Philippe Groulx

Groulx, Philippe- Philippe passed away peacefully at the age of 86, on Friday July 19th, joining his beloved wife Évéline (Trudel) in heaven.

Born February 4th, 1933 in Astorville, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Dolphis and Alma (Ouelette) and Onésime Desrosiers.

Survived by siblings Andy (Joan), Anita and Béatrice (Roger) Paulin. Predeceased by Louise St-Jean, Évangeline Burns, Rita Cook, Louis, Maurice, Jeanne Gauthier, Lina, Oscar, Lucien and Thérèse. Survived by sisters-in-law Jeanette (Gerry) Mercier, Aline Shilkie. Predeceased by his brother Marcel, sisters-in-law Laura (Fred) Foisy, Lina (Armand) Lévesque, Béatrice Smith and brothers-in-law Robert and Joseph Trudel.

He leaves behind daughter Colleen and a son Richard (Peggy), his grandchildren Julie and Kaitlin (Epple), Melissa Groulx, Tiffany Groulx, Gordon Groulx, Michaela (Daniel) Schmidt, great grandchildren Zeke Epple-Sparkes, Carter and Haylee Toner and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service for Philippe at St Mary’s Cemetery on Wednesday July 24th at 10 am.
