Rene St-Onge

Rene St-Onge (1955-2019) The family is saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Rene in his home on October 7, 2019 in his 64th year. He was born in Béarn Quebec November 26, 1955, and was the son of Isabelle Williams, and the late Henri St-Onge.

Rene was 17 years old when he began his career at Food City as a grocery store clerk and moved his way up to Assistant Manager at Freshco. He was a hard-working man and dedicated to his job and all his staff.

Rene was a devoted Pepere who spoiled his grandchildren with treasures, love and affection.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and riding his motorcycle. You could always find him at the local thrift store looking for a great deal, garage sale-ing with his sisters, or at the horse races with his brother. Rene was a one of a kind human being. He was genuinely selfless, helping anyone and everyone who needed it.  
He will be deeply missed by his mother Isabelle Williams (Late Frank Williams), sons Jamie (Nevin), and Kyle. Grandchildren Daniel, Jaxon, and Mia. Siblings Daniel (Michelle), Roger (Denise), Hugues, Denis (Anne), Lucie Laperrier (Rick), Yvan (Paulette), and Idele. As well as many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will take place on October 19th 2019 from 6 pm until 10 pm at Place Richelieu, 340 Lakeshore Drive.
