Ron Raymond

Raymond, Ronald – It is with great sorrow that the family announces Ron’s passing on Thursday November 7^th, 2019 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 75 yrs. 

Beloved husband of 50 years to Monique (nee Lapalme). Loving father of Dan (Julie) and Marc (Sarah). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Danika, Nicholas, Jackson and Dylan. Also survived by his brother Robert (Suzanne) and Denis (Carol) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Paul & Laurenza (nee Larochelle).

Before retirement Ron worked for Rahn Metals and the School Board.  He will always be remembered for his love of hunting & fishing and the North Bay Battalion.

Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd, on Wednesday November 13th from 1 until 3pm. A private family graveside service will follow at 3pm at St Mary’s Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Ron to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Drs. Kistemaker and Saunders as well as the staff at the NBRHC for the compassionate care given to Ron.
