William "Willie" Villeneuve

Villeneuve, William “Willie” – Passed away with his family by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday March 4th just before his 93rd birthday on March 27, 2018.

Beloved husband of 54 years to Bertha (nee Leclair). Loving father to Christine Venable (Mitch) and Suzanne Webster (Brent). He will be sadly missed by his 2 grandchildren Tyler Venable & Kylie Webster. Dear brother of Unice (Butch), Helen & Elizabeth “Betty”. He was predeceased by his parents Andre & Marie and by his siblings Charlie, Andrew (Tony – surviving), Bucko, Leo (Jeannine - surviving), Henry, Marie and Celeste “Peewee”.

Willie was employed by Ontario Northland for 41.5 years, and he was very proud of his years of service. He enjoyed camping at Seguin Beach, playing cards and spending time with his family & friends, as family was very important to him. 

The family would like to thank all the staff in Emerg, to the staff on A3 (Julie & Sam) and as well the staff at Nipissing Manor for the wonderful care given to Willie.

As per his wishes private family interment will be held.

Donations in memory of Willie to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by his family.
