William "Bill" Moore

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Moore on March 9, 2025, at the North Bay Regional Heath Centre at the age of 89, following a brief illness.

Bill was the devoted husband of Donna (Keuhni), his wife of 67 years. He was predeceased by his parents William and Blanche (nee Amell), and his siblings Nelson (Vi), Dorothy (Art), Elsie (Bob), Eleanor (Harold), Gilbert (Doris), and Alfred.

He is survived by his sister Joan Eisettier and will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Born in Chisholm to a farming family, he moved to Oshawa where he worked for GM for 32 years. On retiring, he and his wife returned to North Bay where they enjoyed many years at their cottage in Lost Channel with extended family and friends.

The family will receive visitors at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd, North Bay on Satruday March 22nd from 10 am until 11 am. A funeral service will follow at 11 am.

Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
