Edward John Newman

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his unexpected passing on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Eastholme Home for the Aged.

Ted was the loving husband of 40 years to Lynne. He was the proud father to Jason (Tom), Todd (Cynthia), Jodi Ward (Rob), and  Raylean. 

Papa to Chaelynne, Brandon, Nicholas, Kayleigh, Matthieu and Piper. Great-grandpa to Hudson. 
 

As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation entrusted with Hillside Funeral Services.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer’s Society.
