Eugene (Gene) Mauro Obituary

Gene passed peacefully at the age of 74 with his family by his side. He was a devoted husband to his wife Noella, proud father to Tracy (Pete), Brandy (Zoltan), and Eugene (Jessica), and proud grandfather to Michael, Matthew, Mac, and Beckham. Gene was a devoted brother to Nancy (Reg) and adored by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to working and retiring from the Ministry of Transportation, Gene spent many years with A-1 Driving school with a passion for preparing drivers for safety and success on the road.

In his spare time, Gene enjoyed camping and fishing, spending many summers on Lake Temagami.

We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to the doctors and nurses at North Bay Regional Hospital for their care and support.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service.
