LeBlanc, Homer
Our beautiful songbird was whisked away for his command performance where his music will ring a lively tune across the heavens.
Born October 25th ,1952 at St-Josephs hospital Toronto to Valerie LeBlanc and Therese LeBlanc nee (Gaudreault). He attended Alderwood collegiate and went on to meet Diane Champagne whom he married then moved to North Bay and was blessed with three children. He was a cook by trade and regaled us with many a feast (double dipped fried chicken, Christmas dinners yum!)
A talented musician and vocalist he formed the band Nighthawk and enjoyed playing locally. Above all he cherished his family and despite a long battle with kidney disease he fought valiantly to be the dragon who guarded our gate and remain by our sides.
Supporting team left to mourn are his children Aline LeBlanc, Daniel LeBlanc and Stephane LeBlanc (predeceased) His sisters Thrina Shwatz and Eileen LeBlanc. Grand children Selina Hervieux (Jason) Jaymz LeBlanc and Owen LeBlanc. Great grand children Alexandria, Catherine and Martin Hervieux. Niece Julie Rogers (Eric) and nephew and partner in crime Mathieu LeBlanc. Great nieces Alyssa LeBlanc (and little scarlet) and Dawn Rogers. We will love you forever and carry your song in our hearts until we meet again xxoo!
As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service.
A grateful thank you to Dr Derrick Yates, the para bus team and all the compassionate staff in the E.R. and C.C.U.!
