It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Justice Eva Lorraine Erny (Boyer) and her unborn baby “Bean” of North Bay, ON on July 3rd, 2025.

Justice was 22 years of age, born on September 4th 2002, and was 3 months pregnant, due December 27th, 2025.

She is survived by her beloved fiancé Mike Frederick and daughter Violet. Beloved daughter to Chrystal Boyer and Paul Boyer, Terry Erny (deceased). Sister to Destiny, Blaz, Paige, Carrie (Josh) and Myles. She will be fondly remembered by her many Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and friends.

Justice was a beautiful, free spirit that touched everyone’s heart that she knew. She was known for her infectious smile, love for life and children; and her love of candy that she would sometimes share. She loved to dress up any chance she got, especially faerie fest at Crystal Cave.

A celebration of Justice's life will be held on Saturday July 26th, 2025 at the Martin Leo Troy Armoury, 540 Chippewa St West North Bay from 10am until 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Kev's Kids Rotary for Kids would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd. North Bay
