Lenora Marion (Martin) Comerford

Comerford, Lenora Marion (1939-2022) It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lenora Comerford (nee Martin) announce her passing as the sun set on Saturday April 30th at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 82.

She was predeceased by her husband Daniel in 2020, her parents Walter and Marion Martin , brother Walter Jr., and sisters Carol Martin and Barbara Ricker. Survived by her sister Brenda Martin (Lilo). Loving mother of Sue Degagne (Dan), Debbie Lalonde (James) and Leanne Comerford. She will be fondly remembered by three grandchildren that she adored Brayden (Christina), Kelsey (Jacob) and Katie. She will be sadly missed by 4 great grandchildren Silas, Everett, Hadley and Axl.

Lenora was an active member of St Peter’s CWL and was a volunteer at Cassellholme for over 30 years. Lenora had fond memories of the many summers spent at Birch Hill Campground. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd on Friday May 6th, 2022 from 6 until 8pm. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday May 7th, 2022 at 11am at St Peter the Apostle Church, 299 Airport Rd.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
