J. Leonard Martin

Born Sept. 2, 1934 passed peacefully on June 14, 2024.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Florida (Freda) Martin. He was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Bella Martin.

He will be sadly missed by his 3 children Therese C. Martin, Richard & his wife Jane and Michael & his wife Angela. He will be fondly remembered by his 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren as well as his 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Leonard was loved by everyone who met him. He was a true positive light to his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, many nieces & nephews and so many friends.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Donation in memory of Leonard to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by his family.

Rest in peace Leonard, till we meet again.
