Passed away suddenly at his residence with his wife by his side on Thursday November 14th, 2024 at the age of 89.

Loving husband of 62 years to Josephine (nee Bette). Beloved father of James (Karen) and Patricia. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Iain (Leah), Regan (Paul), Victoria (Sam), Brittany and his two great grandchildren Ziya and Onyx. Len is survived by his brother Robert McCulley (Marg). He is predeceased by his brother and sister.

Leonard was an avid golfer and hunter. He loved spending his time at the hunt camp with family and friends. For the past four years, he has been taking care of his wife who fell ill with Alzheimer’s. He was always by her side and even learnt how to make her cookies. He successfully competed in logging competitions and brought home many trophies. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd on Thursday November 21, 2024 from 11am until time of service at 1pm. Spring interment will be held in Port Carling Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
