1951 – 2025

With heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Linda (Katherine) White, age 73, on May 15, 2025, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Linda passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. 

Linda was the beloved wife of Frank White, and a devoted mother to Lori (Dave) Pearce, Sherry (Geoff) Houle, and Frankie (Carrie) White. She was a proud grandmother to Krystal, Mackenzie, Burke, Payton, and Braydon, and a joyful great-grandmother to Bentley. 

Linda lived her life with grace, kindness, and a deep love for her family. She found joy in the simple pleasures—tending to her beautiful flower gardens, knitting handmade gifts, and spending time in conversation with the people she loved most. 

Her gentle spirit and caring heart touched everyone she met. She will be remembered not only for her warmth and generosity, but also for the love she gave so freely. 

The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the medical team at North Bay Regional Health Centre. A special thank-you to Dr. Reitzel, Dr. McKenna, and Helene Alegre for their dedicated care and compassion during Linda’s final days. 

A Celebration of Life will be held in the coming weeks to honour and remember Linda. Details will be shared at a later date. 

In remembrance of Linda, donations to North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
