C’est avec regret que nous vous annonçons le décès de Louise Ménard à l’âge de 82 ans.

Infirmière à l’hôpital Civic de North Bay de 1963 à sa retraite. Épouse de feu Henri Ménard. Mère bien aimée de Claire Mantha (Raymond), Lise Gaulin (Daniel), Nicole Séguin (Éric) et Guy Ménard (Lucie). Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants, Sylvain Mantha (Nicole), Gabrielle Runnquist (Jeremy), Stéphane Mantha (Ashleigh), Sophie Gaulin (Kevin), Emily Ménard (Jon), Alex Séguin, Ben Ménard, Carolane Séguin ainsi que son arrière petits fils Daniel Mantha. Elle laisse également dans le deuil ses frères et sœurs Sr Rhéa Giroux, Sr Desneiges Giroux, Yvan Giroux (Rachel), Simone Lemay (André), Yolande Houle (Marcel),

Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents, Solange et Eugénie Giroux ainsi que son frère Bernard Giroux (Denise Giroux – survivante)

Vous êtes invités au Salon Funéraire Hillside à North Bay, le jeudi 22 août, 2024 de 11:30 heures à 13:30 heures. Un service de prière suivra à 13:30 heures.

Dons à la Fondation du Centre régional de Santé de North Bay (unité de soins rénaux) sera apprécié.

It is with sorrow that we announce the death of Louise Ménard at the age of 82 years.

Louise was a nurse at the Civic Hospital in North Bay from 1963 until her retirement.

She was the beloved wife of the late Henri Ménard. Loving mother of Claire Mantha (Raymond), Lise Gaulin (Daniel), Nicole Séguin (Eric) and Guy Ménard (Lucie). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Sylvain Mantha (Nicole), Gabrielle Runnquist (Jeremy), Stéphane Mantha (Ashleigh), Sophie Gaulin (Kevin), Emily Ménard (Jon), Alex Séguin, Ben Ménard, Carolane Séguin and one great grandchild Daniel Mantha. Also survived by her siblings Sr Rhéa Giroux, Sr Desneiges Giroux, Yvan Giroux (Rachel), Simone Lemay (André), Yolande Houle (Marcel).

She was predeceased by her parents Solange & Eugénie Giroux and by her brother Bernard Giroux (Denise Giroux – surviving).

Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd., on Thursday August 22, 2024 from 11:30 am until  1:30 pm. A prayer service will follow at 1:30 pm.

Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation (renal care unit) in memory of Louise will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
