Millett, Marie-Rose (nee Dupuis) (1931-2023)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Marie on November 2, 2023 in the comfort of her home with her loving husband Harvey Millett of 50 years by her side.  Cherished mother of Diane Bedard (Peter), Marc Cousineau (late Cherie), Pauline (late Gary O’Brien), Monique (Gord Loney), Johanne (Norm Pellerin), and Harvey’s children Kathy and Harvey Houle.  Proud grandma of Mike and Paul Bedard, Chris, Jeff (Danielle) and Adam Campbell, Rachelle (Jason) Petitclerc, Justin (Chloe) and Colin Loney, Andrew and Erin Reece.  Great-grandmother to Mathieu, Justin, Jace, Arielle, Annabelle, Camila, Elaina, Everly, and Shane.  Also would like to recognize Fran and Larry Comeau, “nana” to Paul and Nori.  Gab Bedard (Shiroon).  Also survived by her brother-in-law Earl Millett and sister-in-law Heather (Lloyd - deceased). Dear friend of Ida Turgeon and Gloria St Pierre.

Throughout the years Marie held various nursing positions however her true passion was gardening, sewing, baking and traveling with Harvey.  Marie has touched many hearts, and she will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday November 9th from 11 am until 1 pm with a Celebration of Life to follow.

A heartfelt thank you to the first responders who attended to Marie in her final moments.
