Passed away suddenly at his residence on Thursday May 28th, 2026 at the age of 72.

Loving husband of over 50 years to Judy (nee Cooper). Beloved father and best friend to his son Ryan. He will be sadly missed by his nephews Mark and Jody Leblond and Cayle Holman all of London, ON , his niece Nicole and his fur babies Buster and Bear. Survived by his brother Joseph Chenier (Gerry) of Lethbridge.

Michael loved the outdoors. He found joy in hunting, fishing and trapping with his son. He will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
