Richard Sr. Munroe

Munroe, Richard Sr. (November 2, 1945 - December 25, 2019) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard surrounded by his loving family in his home, on Christmas Day. 

Caring husband and best friend to Denise (nee Houle).  Proud father to Manon (Steve Popp), Michelle (Andrew Kangur), and Richard Jr. Missed by his three grandchildren Erich Popp, Stephanie (Daniel Popp), and Christopher Kangur and also one great grandchild, Oliver Popp.  Brother to Brandi Desbien, Jim Munroe (predeceased), Ruth Greene and Mike Lafleur.

The checkered flag has been dropped one last time, he lived a good race and won. 

There will be a celebration of his life on Friday January 3rd, 2020 at Hillside Funeral Services at 1 pm. 

Thank you to the amazing staff at V.O.N., HomeCare, Paramed, the firemen who came to the house and also Constable Beard. 

Donations to the NBRHCF cancer care unit will be greatly appreciated by the family.
