Robert Bazinet

C'est avec le cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès de Robert Bazinet le 26 avril 2023 au Centre régional de santé de North Bay à l'âge de 65 ans. Partenaire dévoué de Linda Laderoute. Prédécédé par ses parents Alfred et Jeanne (née Giroux) ainsi que ses frères Gilles (Lorraine Levac), Rhéal (Thérèse Aubé, décédée), Raymond (Maryse Boyer), Ghislain (Pierrette Labelle), Michel (Ghislaine), Laurent (Gaëtane Larcher-Butcholtz). Lui survivent également ses sœurs Lucille Ayotte (Gérard Ayotte), Marie-Lise Butchart (Richard Butchart décédé) et Françoise Robert (Marc Robert) et sa belle-fille Mélanie Laderoute ainsi que ses deux fils Kaedyn Rickard-Laderoute et Ace Rickard-Laderoute. Robert avait adoré son temps de travail à l'Hôpital général de Nipissing Ouest, il était toujours prêt à donner un coup de main. Selon ses souhaits, la crémation a eu lieu. Une messe funéraire sera célébrée à la Paroisse Sacré-Coeur de Sturgeon Falls le 20 Mai 2023 a 9hrs 30. 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Bazinet on April 26, 2023 at the North Bay regional health centre at the age of 65.  Devoted partner of Linda Laderoute.  Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Jeanne (née Giroux) as well as his brothers Gilles (Lorraine Levac), Rhéal (Thérese Aubé, deceased), Raymond (Maryse Boyer), Ghislain (Pierrette Labelle), Michel (Ghislaine), Laurent (Gaëtane Larcher-Butcholtz).  Also survived by his sisters Lucille Ayotte (Gérard Ayotte), Marie-Lise Butchart (Richard Butchart deceased) and Françoise Robert (Marc Robert) and by his stepdaughter Melanie Laderoute as well as her two sons Kaedyn Rickard-Laderoute and Ace Rickard-Laderoute.

Robert had loved his time working at the West Nipissing General Hospital, he was always ready with a helping hand.  As per his wishes cremation has taken place.  A funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Sturgeon Falls on May 20th, 2023  at 9:30 am.
