Rolande (Pilon) Guertin

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother Rolande Guertin 
who left us on June 12, 2025 at the age of 91.

Born in Chisholm Ontario.  She married Lionel Guertin (deceased 2019) on May 7. 1955.
They were graced with 6 children. Lorraine St-Jean (Norm), Paulette Gauthier (Jim),
Louise Courville (Roméo), Evelyne Landry (Ray), Rémi Guertin (Kim) and Suzanne Guertin.

She will be missed by her 5 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughters and 
2 great-grandsons.

She was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and walking.
Most of all she relished spending precious time with her family.

She is predeceased by her parents, Philias and Jeanne Pilon, Armand (Rita) Pilon, Rita (Gabriel) Groulx, 
Cécile (Moise) Graveline.  Survived by Beatrice (Dave) Umphrey and Laurette Wagner.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the wonderful and caring staff at Water's Edge Care Community.

Family receiving friends on Thursday June 19, 2025 at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Rd., North Bay from 6 until 8 pm.

A celebration of her life will be held at 7 pm.

Donations to Water's Edge Care Community in memory of Rolande will be gratefully acknowledged.
