Ronald Sampson Obituary

Sampson, Ronald (September 2nd 1933 - February 14th 2020) - The family would like to announce his peaceful passing at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday February 14th 2020 in his 87th year.

Ronnie is survived by his brothers Gerald, Mark (Rita) and Jack (Lise). He was predeceased by his brothers George and Bob Sampson and by his step-sisters Violet, Irene, Jeanette and Bertha. He was the cherished uncle to Michael Sampson.

Ronnie was a proud pipefitter with local union 46. He would always be showing off his 60 year union membership certificate. Ronnie had two great loves: horse racing which he spent many hours wagering and watching on television; and his Tim Horton’s coffee.

Michael would like to express deep gratitude to the staff of Nipissing Manor for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to his uncle.

As per Ronnie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
