Ryan Allibon
1978-2025
With heavy hearts, we share the news that Ryan has passed away suddenly following a heart attack.
His loss has left a profound emptiness in the hearts of his family and friends.
Ryan was the beloved husband of Kelly and the proud father of his son, Aiden. He was the cherished son of Michael and Barb, and a loving brother to his sisters, Kerry (Bob) and Lindsay (Kiley). Ryan was also deeply loved by his parents-in-law, Mary-Anne Curties and Gary and Becky Wooldridge, and was a devoted brother-in-law to Jaime (Raumy), Dana (Steve), and John. He was the best uncle to his many nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
After spending the early part of his life in Ontario, Ryan moved to Western Canada where he met Kelly. In 2021, Ryan and Kelly returned to Ryan’s hometown of North Bay, where they built their dream home together—an accomplishment that brought him immense joy and pride. Ryan poured himself into every project on the property, from envisioning the details to bringing them to life with his own hands. Creating and improving their home was a true passion, and a reflection of his love for his family and their future.
Ryan treasured his friendships and the connections he built with people throughout his life. He was always ready with a smile, a helping hand, or a thoughtful word, and he made everyone around him feel valued.
He will be remembered for his kind heart, his dedication to family, and his remarkable ability to turn dreams into reality. Ryan’s legacy lives on in the home he built, the people he loved, and the countless lives he touched.
His absence will be deeply felt by those who were fortunate enough to know him, and his warmth, generosity, and spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
As per his wishes, a private service will be held at a later date.
If desired, donations in Ryan’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
