Sylvie Fournier

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her unexpected passing on Thursday January 22, 2026 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. 

Sylvie was the proud mother of Destinie Fournier (Richard) and Dawson Fournier. She was the proud grandmother to Mikayla Faulkner.

Sylvie is survived by her siblings Danielle, Nicole, Monique, Yves, Diane, Joanne and Michael. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews Devin, Tanya, Trevor, Genevieve, Bridget, Rachelle, Vanessa, Jessica, Derek, Justin, Jamie, Michelle, Andrew, Bradley, Chantale, Justin, Joshua and Brandon. 

 Sylvie was predeceased by her parents Rosaire and Marie-Laure (née Cusson), her siblings Serge & Alain and by nephew Derek Fournier. 

Her passions enjoyed making cards, scrapbooking, music, talking on the phone and spending quality time with friends and family. She will be missed dearly

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Donations in her memory can be made to the St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
