Smith, Theresa (April 23, 1933 - January 5th, 2021) - It is with heavy hearts that the family announces Theresa’s passing at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday January 5th, 2021, at the age of 87 yrs.

Theresa was the loving mother to Charlene (Scott), Gail (Scott) and Bryan (Cecile). Grandma to Braden & Lyndsey Bradford and Bryce & Sarina Smith. Theresa was a proud member of the ladies auxiliary of North Bay Legion Branch 23.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.

The family would like to extend deepest gratitude to Dr. Leckie and the nurses of unit D3 for the compassionate care they provided to Theresa during her time at the hospital.

Donations in her memory can be made towards the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
