Therese Robidoux (née Lapointe) 1926-2025

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Robidoux (1927-2019), with whom she shared 72 years of loving marriage. 

She was the cherished mother of Suzanne Matthews (Dave pre-deceased), James Robidoux (Yollande), Roger Robidoux (Line), and Denis Robidoux (Julie). Proud grandmother of Chris, Brigitte, Jason, Andre, Angele, Renée, Sophie, Vincent and Eric. Thérèse was the adoring great grandmother of Charlie, Madison, Mikayla, Mackenzie, Katelyn, Blake, Mya Lenny, Colt, Beckett, Isla and Fiona. 

Therese will be lovingly remembered by her sister Céline Lapointe. She was predeceased by her parents Camille and Stéphanie and by her sisters Marie (Jo Chamberland), Rose (Camille Brisson), Beatrice (Ozime St-Louis), Camilla (Pete Kress), Estelle (Ted Ravarie), Cécile (Leonard Laroque), Liliane (Ted Perron) and by her brothers Victor (Colombe), Vital (Denise), Jean (Reine), Rémi (Bernice) and Eugène. She will be sadly missed by her in-laws Rita Vaillancourt (Frank), May Gray (Don), Norma Larose (Gilles), Patsy Gagnier (Pierre) and predeceased by Richard Robidoux (Dorothy). She will be sorely missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family. 

Thérèse and Charlie’s life together was rooted in family, faith, and community. She will remembered for her warmth, devotion and gentle spirit.
