Stephens, Veronica "Vera" (1931-2024)

Veronica passed away at the Mattawa Hospital on Monday June 3, 2024 at the age of 93 years.

She was the beloved wife of 72 years to Oliver Stephens. Dear mother of Brian (Suki) and Brenda (TR Hosier). Veronica will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Jessica (Andrew Sime), Kevin (Kayla), Stephen (Suzie), Leanna Hosier and four great grandchildren Sianna, Jessa, Jake and Lainey.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Hillside Funeral Services, located at 362 Airport Road, North Bay, to honour both Vera and Oliver Stephens together, on June 23, 2024, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. The service will commence at 2:00 pm, followed by refreshments. Her cremated remains will be buried in Ireland at a later date.

Donations to the North Bay Humane Society or PetSave North Bay in memory of Veronica will be gratefully acknowledged.
